the in-room breakfast was a real treat and the spa centre was a true escape. the indoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the sauna provided the perfect amount of relaxation. the Turkish bath was a unique and rejuvenating experience that I highly recommend. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation.
Although the food was delicious, it took longer than expected to be served.

Enjoyed excellent customer service from the friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of tasty foods. Appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary tea and fresh fruit in the room upon arrival. Great value for the price.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and had good natural light. The hotel provided daily water and had a friendly staff. The location was convenient for shopping, with easy access to Forum Istanbul and the Mall of Istanbul.
The hotel had some structural issues, such as narrow and poorly lit aisles, limited parking space, and heavy room doors without privacy latches. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and the breakfast was not value for money.

The receptionist, Serkan, were really good too ensure we had a great stay. The view from the 12th-floor apartment was amazing, especially when the windows were cleaned. The hotel also provided fruits and nuts as a welcome gift, a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. The massage at the hotel was relaxing, thanks to Barish efendi. The attentive staff also offered free tea while we waited for a taxi. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The cleanliness could have been better, as there was dust everywhere and a dirty glass obstructing the view.

The hotel had great facilities and staff. Rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist spots and close to underground stations in this city. I was impressed with the availability of parking and transportation options in the area.
Couldn't stay longer, unfortunately.

The location of the hotel is not the best, as it is situated in an industrial area. However, the staff members, like Timur and Saban, are very helpful and friendly, especially in the evenings at the restaurant. The room is clean and neat, with nice amenities. The breakfast options are not great, but the restaurant manager, Mr Taymor, who wears glasses, is always there to assist and make your dining experience enjoyable. I would rate the hotel a "deuce" in everything.
One negative aspect of the hotel is the policy of not allowing outside food.
